MY REVIEW

This book is 50 different races that the author thinks we should do before we die. I have done 3 of them so still a way to go if I want to do all 50.

The runs are categorised into good for beginners (I've done 1 off this list), Sucker for punishment (2 off this list) and hard as nails, I'm obviously not hard as nails as I've done none of this list and neither am I likely to.

Each event that's written about, from Parkrun to The Dragons Back Ultra is a detailed account of that event with lots of stats and a good write up of the actual run.

You dont have to have dreams of doing these races to enjoy the book, it's good to read all about different event, it may even make you think " I'm going to do that one". The author has gone into a good amount of detail for each run and has provided top tips for each run.

Though I'm unlikely to participate in 47 of these runs it's still very interesting to read about other events. I liked the book and would recommend.
